my sign is not 3D. I asked if they can make it 12 inches she said yes they would just have to UV print my image. I wanted a frosted background. she told me not to do it because it would look bad. When I received my product it was totally different than what I wanted and a waste of $100. My seller advised me wrong and because of the UV printing my logo looks all pixelated and grainy. When I told her I wasn’t happy with the quality she pretty much said we’ll that’s what you wanted. She never once said that UV printing would look like this and I should stick with the other size. So I paid $100 for pretty much nothing. Will not recommend this seller or do business with them again.
